Project Manager

GENERAL FUNCTION: 

Project managers should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis. You should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks. you also need to be a team player and have a problem-solving aptitude.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide project management reporting and compliance
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Monitor, control, and coordinate all project activities amongst cross-functional to ensure scope, timeline, and resource with highest quality
  • Maintain and update projects on the company BI dashboard environment
  • Work with the operation leader to secure and maintain resources for execution of project tasks
  • Coordinate the generation of and review all project/product documentation such as specifications, work statements, and presentation material 
  • Create and present project status to related stakeholders
  • Provide improvement advise to the operation leader on fleet management methodology, product quality, reliability, and issues or risks that may impact the achievement of project succession 
  • Actively interact with project stakeholders including customersand technical staffs to confirm completeness, approval, update of risks/issues (discuss and follow up on the agreed risk mitigation and issue resolution to provide project assurance), and dissemination of project documentation

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in business administration, project management, engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software development or UAV experience 3+ years of project management officer position
  • Experience working and managing team on technical projects
  • Experience in using project management software or platform
  • Understand how to use Gantt chart or similar method to manage team
  • TOEIC score above 550
  • Positive, “can-do,” eager-to-learn attitude and talent/experience leading people and cultivating a healthy customer relationship, Communication Proficiency, Problem Solving/Analysis and Results Driven
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player
  • Able to work overtime/weekend if required
  • Able to travel across country and international if required
  • PMP certification is a plus
