Business Coordinator
Participate in the business planning with the sale team to achieve plan and goals.
- Participate and collaborate on working planning, gathering customer business, functional and technical requirements.
- Perform presentations and demonstrations as assigned.
- Assist in day-to-day coordination and management with internal and external stakeholders to support business solution team lead.
- Manage and prepare necessary documents and paperwork prior to customer meeting.
- Prepare and submit invoice and associated documents to customer after the completion of each project.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Proven track record of experience in administrator or relevant role.
- Passionate with technology with service-mind, attention to details, sense of urgency, problem solving skill and can-do mindset.
- Knowledge or experience of drone will be considered as an advantage.
- Good command of English in writing and speaking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Be able to travel upcountry occasionally.
