Fundamentally, any leadership role is about creating a fantastic team and you will have ownership to decide how best to make it happen. As a manager, you will manage the software developers in completing a range of internal and external projects, designing the overall solutions, and directing the team’s work and priorities while helping the developer team members’ career paths and futures. You will ensure high-quality, stable solutions, that are easily deployable, user-friendly, and scalable.
In this role you will get to:
- Understand business requirements and act as a software architect designer to identify the technology needed to provide a good architecture design product
- Develop high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility
- Analyze and solve any problems accordingly
- Supervise and oversee the technical aspects across-projects
- Initiate and manage stakeholders and adapt communication among peers with professionalism including conversing in highly complex technical messages to non-technical stakeholders
- Grow the developer team by recruiting talents
- Work with the management staff to set and develop a technical strategy
- Lead and handle the daily operations of the development team, assist and develop your team members’ technical capabilities, develop best practices to improve team productivity, performance reviews, and career paths
- Provide mentorship and knowledge sharing to junior members
- Work across functional teams and entities to ensure products success
Who we are looking for:
- At least 7-year experience in software development
- Excellent knowledge of software and application design and architecture
- Experience developing IT and cloud infrastructure
- Experience coding in various languages (React.js, Node.js, and more)
- Passion for software products, start-ups, and cutting-edge technology
- Sense of ownership in performance and its impact on the company’s success
- Experience with agile software development and cross-functional team environment
- Minimum of 2 years in the management role
- Proven track records in leading a team of over 10 members on multiple projects
- Experience in delivering large-scale projects
- Understanding Machine Learning or Deep Learning frameworks is a must
- We are working with partners globally, therefore, English language in the professional level is necessary
